Tooth loss is no longer a problem!

Medicine has evolved, including in the field of dentistry, so tooth loss is no longer such a serious problem. The dental implant takes the place of the root, and the dental crown replaces the outer part of the tooth. This procedure is usually performed in two stages: the implant insertion intervention, and after 6 months the dental crown is fixed. However, if you want to smile broadly from the first day, we can fix a temporary dental crown that you will wear until the prosthetics rehabilitation with permanent crowns. But here are some consequences if you postpone the insertion of the dental implant:
- Bone resorption (bone atrophy/loss of bone volume) – later leading to the need for bone augmentation (addition of artificial bone), or the impossibility of fixing the implant in that place;
- Displacement of neighboring and/or antagonist teeth, deforming the bite.
Don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
