We respect the privacy of patients, visitors and people who contact the clinic. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, for how long and what rights you have under applicable data-protection law, including Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

1. Personal data we may process

Through the “Request a call” form we may receive your name and telephone number; through other channels, contact details and information needed to handle your request. When medical services are provided, identification, appointment, billing and health data may be processed only to the necessary extent. The website may also collect technical data such as IP address, device type and cookie preferences.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to answer requests, arrange or provide services, manage the patient relationship, meet legal obligations, maintain system security and protect legitimate interests. Health data are processed only in the special circumstances permitted by law for medical care and subject to professional confidentiality. Analytics, maps, reviews and marketing communications are enabled only where your consent is required and has been given.

3. Recipients, transfers, retention and security

Where necessary, data may be shared with hosting, IT maintenance, communications, accounting/payment and appointment providers, persons involved in care, and authorities where required by law. Processors are contractually required to protect the data. Some online services may involve transfers outside the Republic of Moldova, in which case we use legally required safeguards. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose and mandatory medical, tax or other record-keeping periods, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

4. Your rights

Where the law provides, you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. 5. Children, cookies and updates

We do not intentionally request online data from children without a parent or legal representative being involved. Please see the Cookie Policy for cookies; you can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings. We may update this policy, and the date above identifies the current version.

7. Health data, records and access

Health-related information is a specially protected category of personal data. We process it only for consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning and delivery, follow-up, medical record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised dentists, assistants and staff who need the information for their duties and are bound by confidentiality.

Medical records, including patient files, investigations, odontograms, treatment plans and consent documents, are kept securely for the period required by applicable medical and record-keeping rules. We do not use health data for advertising and do not publish identifiable clinical photographs, X-rays, cases or testimonials without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, separate consent.

8. Communications and appointments

We may contact you by telephone, SMS, email or another channel you provide to confirm, reschedule or prepare a consultation and to provide treatment-related administrative information. Marketing messages are sent only where a valid legal basis applies; you may unsubscribe or object at any time.

9. Security incidents and contact

If an incident may create a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, we assess it, take containment measures and follow applicable notification duties.
